Coworking at Studio 1

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

We have various flexible membership options available.

  • Monthly – $275 per month – 5 days a week for 4 weeks (Bond $137.50)
  • Monthly Part-Time – $220 per month -3 days a week for 4 weeks (Bond $220)
  • Weekly – $110 for the week (Bond $50)
  • Casual Daily – $33 for the day (Bond $50)

Prices are per person, include GST and a one-off refundable bond applies.

Payment is taken in advance including a one-off refundable bond on sign-up.

Monthly and Part-Time Monthly members are invoiced every four weeks on an on-going basis. Casual members pay on the day of use.

All members get access to the space on Monday – Friday between 8am -7.30pm, as well as:

High-speed internet (NBN)
Use of meeting room – under fair use policy
Kitchen/breakout space access
Coffee/tea
Use of a locker ($10 per month on top of membership fees)
Use of large monitor when available

The building
A beautiful, heritage listed, building. Former home to Channel 9 Studios, and the Wertheim Piano factory. Located in the best corner of Richmond (we think so..) with the Yarra a short walk away.
