About the facilitator:
Oren has been working at RCLC for almost 10 years. He recently completed his Grad Dip in Counselling and started working in the field. He is very keen on sharing his learnings and some helpful information with the wider community.

The aim of this talk is to provide a comfortable place to learn about, talk about and listen to the issues that people are facing relating anxiety and/or depression.

Whilst the session may be therapeutically beneficial, the purpose is not to provide counselling support.

No. There is no obligation to take part in the discussion. You are very welcome to just sit and listen.
