About Sara Parkinson (Facilitator)

Sara is passionate about helping others learn new crafts and have a go at something they’ve always wanted to try. Not only a qualified Interior Architect and Designer, Sara also has 13 years’ experience teaching beginners how to express their crafty and creative side and understands it’s not always easy when you’re learning how to DIY. Kit includes:

  • Layers required including stones,
  • Charcoal,
  • Soil,
  • Moss,
  • A plant and
  • Live green moss to decorate

Important:

Kits will need to be picked up from the Richmond Community Learning Centre office ahead of time. Office is located at 15 Barnet Way, Richmond 3121

Participants would need to find a small to medium sized glass vessel to work with. This encourages the upcycle/repurposing of old jars and things.

Also welcomed, any items you’d like to decorate your ‘landscape’ with, such as little figurines or stones you have on hand
