Yoga at Studio 1 is back at.. well.. Studio 1 🙂
Join Mia on the same days and times as before.
- Monday 6:15pm: a dynamic class to energise the body and mind and kick start the week (a more active yoga class)
- Friday 9:15am: a slower-paced class to calm and balance the body and mind at the end of the week (restorative yoga and meditation/ breathing)
Cost: $10 per class

Community yoga classes at Studio 1 are designed to make yoga more accessible to everyone. No previous yoga experience is necessary – just an open mind and heart, and your own yoga mat.
Our yoga teacher: Mia Ferreira is a Richmond local and certified Iyengar yoga teacher. She’s been practicing yoga for more than a decade and teaching at studios and in workplaces in Sydney and Melbourne for over 5 years.
Mia was not naturally flexible before yoga; and enjoys helping others create more space and clarity in their body and mind, and reach their full potential through the practice of yoga.
Iyengar yoga is known for its focus on alignment, precision and use of props to allow people of all abilities to practice and experience the benefits of yoga. Classes are physically and mentally challenging, as well as calming and grounding and aim to create more balance in the body and mind.
